Taneisha Brooks | Founder & Principal Consultant

Taneisha Brooks is a nonprofit professional, grant writer, and community development leader with extensive experience in fundraising, grant administration, organizational leadership, strategic partnerships, and program development.

Throughout her career, she has worked alongside nonprofit organizations, healthcare institutions, public agencies, and community partners to expand access to resources, strengthen programs, and improve outcomes for underserved communities.

Her professional experience includes managing more than $2 million in federal and private grant funding, securing over $1.5 million in federal funding, and obtaining more than $300,000 in corporate sponsorships.

As the founder of Gold Standard Solutions, Taneisha brings a practical, relationship-centered approach to consulting, helping organizations strengthen their foundations, identify opportunities, and build strategies for long-term success.
